Men's Facility
Ideally
located on the banks of a beautiful river, this building
provides
an excellent
example of the non-institutional atmosphere of all
treatment
and living facilities. All
chemical dependency therapy for the men's
program takes
place in comfortable group
rooms. The auditorium,
overlooking the river, is used for
a variety of presentations and other
events for the
treatment community and members of their families
or
concerned
persons.

Renewal Center Men's Residences
Depending on individual need or preference, two kinds of
living arrangements are available. Riverhouse I
features
efficiency apartment style living where two men share each
unit. An effort is made to match
individuals with
similar
interests and lifestyles. Riverhouse II is a more
home like "real world" setting
where a maximum of eight men share in
cooking and clean up duties. Living in these close knit
sober
Communities provides an
atmosphere consistent with
Riverplace Center's philosophy regarding
non-institutional
chemical dependency care. These residences are also directly on the river, adjacent to
the Riverplace
facility.
