Head Start

The Riverplace “Head Start” program is designed to serve individuals and organizations in need of a concentrated, intensive Chemical Dependency (CD) treatment experience in a reduced period of time. It requires less time away from work and home.

The Head Start program can be ideal for immediate follow up back in a community based regular outpatient CD treatment program.

Program Design

• 2 Complete Weeks – minimum 100 hours of primary CD care, including weekends
• Friday Arrival – Saturday Departure – because of work schedules and group needs, “closed end” admission and discharge times are suggested, however not required
• Flexibility – designed according to individual need

Lodging

Individuals in the “Head Start” program may be provided housing in a more home-like setting.
